It might be stating the obvious, but as far as we are concerned the 'Breakfast' part of providing a good 'Bed & Breakfast' is just as important as the 'Bed' bit.
We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to proving a breakfast for our guests. As well as the obvious choices - cereal, fruit juice - we provide, whenever possible, a choice of fresh fruit.
Our full cooked breakfast includes an egg, two rashers of bacon, a sausage, tomato, fried potatoes, black pudding, baked beans & mushrooms.
For that full traditional Welsh experience - why not try our homemade lavercakes & fried cockles, cooked along with the bacon and added to your cooked breakfast?
Also this year, subject to availability, we have added white pudding and red pudding (a Scottish delicacy).
Other choices include -
Then, with your toast, how about homemade preserves, including raspberry, jostaberry, apple & blackberry or blackcurrant (subject to availability) - made from our own home-grown fruit or honey from our own bees!
Providing we have sufficient notice we will happily adapt any of the above options, should you be a vegetarian, vegan or have any other dietary requirements.
Allergens - Please inform us if you have any food allergies. Full content details of all foods are available on request. If you are a Coeliac, for example, we can supply a full range of gluten free foods - including sausages & black pudding for breakfast (subject to availability).
One of our guests kindly left this feedback on 'tripadvisor' -
"As a Coeliac I was very confident that Nick understood my need for gluten free food and how to avoid cross contamination. Prior to our stay he had sourced gluten free sausages, bread and cereal and even provided gluten free biscuits for me to enjoy with the tea/coffee facilities in our room"
